Great experience from start to finish. Starting with the easy explanation of how it works and how the install would go the process was too easy. They gave us everything we needed for our HOA and get the permits fast. Install was very professional and they explained how long it would take and what to expect. Now we have peace of mind during Hurricane season. Highly recommend

Navtek was clearly the best choice to install our Generac! From estimate to installation Navin and his team were terrific to work with and did a very professional job. What I really appreciated was the attention to every detail and explanations all through the process. Navtek Electrical just finished up the installation of our new 22kw Generac whole house generator. From the initial contact for an estimate to turning over the keys for the new generator, the experience was exceptional. They handled the HOA approval process, permits, installation & inspection. We had a Generac in our previous home so we already knew the benefits of a home generator and Generac products. The installation by his team was well orchestrated and completed in a few hours. Navin took the time to explain his teams installation process and how he takes the extra steps to make it perfect. I have seen other Generac installs in our community by other companies and you can tell the difference just by looking at the installation differences. Navtek was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. They were professional and worked tirelessly to ensure the whole process was seamless. We ran into issues with the City due to where I wanted the generator installed. Navtek went out of their way to setup meetings and to walk me thru the process for a code/ordinance exception to get approval from the City. I can’t thank them enough. Their installation was expertly done. It looks great and Naven took them time to walk me thru everything related to the generator and the propane installation. Miranda was an awesome communicator, always responding courteously and timely to texts, emails and phone calls. Navtek Electrical is the best and I will use them again whenever the need arises!
